Important note: the higher the room temperature and the larger the mixed amount, the lower the possible casting height with the same level of transparency.

Important Data when using Epoxyplast CoasterCast UV+ Epoxy Resin:

• Please note that an amount of 10 kg of mixed epoxy can result in a heavy exothermic reacton when poured in a bucket. Please use a lower amount or a flat bucket.
• Mix time: 3-4 min.
• Mixing ratio: 2:1 weight parts (A+B)
• Pouring thickness (20°C): 0,1 cm - 1,0 cm (1 - 10 mm)
• Demoulding time (20°C): appr. 12 - 24 h.
• Next layer: after 6-12 h @20°C
• Minimum mixing quantity recommended 120 grams (80+40).

If the minimum mixing quantity of 120 grams is not reached, the curing time may increase. In this case, it is also possible that a not completely homogeneous mass is produced and the exotherm is too low for the workpiece to cure completely. The recommended minimum mixing quantity is 120 grams (80 grams A + 40 grams B).
