DIPON LuminaCast 3 Crystal Flow

DIPON LuminaCast 3 Crystal Flow is an epoxy resin with a particularly low viscosity for castings with a thickness of 1 - 10 mm, ideal for decorative highly transparent embeddings and molds. For example, for casting jewellery, trays, stylish trays or where excellent clarity and resistance to yellowing is required. It is also ideal for creating glass and carbon laminates and is perfectly suited for the production of stone carpets.

With a refractive index > 1.59, this product is among the most transparent epoxy resins on the market.

Maximum UV protection

The integration of UV absorbers and HALS additives ensures that LuminaCast perfectly protects your creations from yellowing and UV radiation damage.

Casting height up to 10 mm

Up to 10 mm (20°C) in a single pour, depending on the amount of material and ambient temperature.

Workability up to 35 mins

Extended workability provides ample time for mixing, pigmenting, and degassing the mixture (at 23°C, 200g, 10 mm).

Mixing ratio 2:1 by weight

Very easy mixing and calculation of the correct amount of individual components.

Recommended casting height (20°C): 0.1 cm - 1.0 cm (1 - 10 mm)
Demoldable after (23°C): approx. 16 - 24 hrs.
Next layer pourable after: approx. 8 - 12 hrs. at 20°C, 10 mm
