Release Agent Spray - Natural Release Agent 400 ml

EPOXRELEASE Release Agent Spray is a natural release spray, silicone-free and solvent-free for molds made of silicone rubber, polyester resin, acrylic and polypropylene. EPOXRELEASE Release Agent Spray can be combined with PVA Release Agent Spray to increase safety during the separation process.

Thanks to its excellent anti-adhesive properties, removal of flat and smooth surfaces, e.g. made of fiberglass, is very easy. Moulds and castings can be sanded and polished very well after curing.

How to Use Natural Release Agent Spray

APPLICATION

1. Shake spray vigorously for about 15-30 seconds before use.
2. EPOXRELEASE Release Agent Sprayspray thinly and evenly on the surface from a distance of approx. 20 - 25 cm. Application of a thin layer will distribute the release agent over the entire surface.
3. For an ideal separation effect, spread the separator after approx. 2 minutes using a microfiber cloth.
4. If new moulds are used, this process should be repeated at least three times.

SERVICE: EPOXYRELEASE Release Agent Spray is sufficient for an area of approx. 5 m² and can be used for curing temperatures up to approx. 115-120 °C.
