    Starbond Black Medium is a medium viscosity cyanoacrylate (CA) super glue in black color. The glue is ideal for hiding imperfections, filling dark voids, and highlighting specific areas in your projects. Starbond Black Medium can also penetrate narrow grooves or cracks, bond closely-fitted parts, quickly repair materials, and can be sanded and polished to a high gloss.

    Starbond KE-150 Black Medium is commonly used in hobbies for RC car tires, woodturning, inlays, and spalted wood.

    • Viscosity: 150 cPs (similar to motor oil).
    • Penetration ability up to 0.15 mm
    • Curing time: 30-60 seconds
    • When properly stored, the product can last for several years in a cold environment
    • Ensure to store the bottle at 4°C (40°F) before and after use to qualify for the 20-month shelf life warranty after opening

    Professional Tip

    It’s important to note that colored CAs have extended curing times due to the added rubber compound. While the curing time is typically 30-60 seconds, it may take much longer to dry when larger amounts of glue are applied. In such cases, it is highly recommended to use Starbond Accelerator.
